Return Process

  Log into your Aesthesy account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective layers and tags are intact to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
